About Local Business Factory

You’ll talk to the person who runs it.

Local Business Factory is a small team based in Fort Collins, working with owners across the Front Range. Travis Eric started it, and he takes the first call with every owner himself.

  • Month to month

  • You keep your number

Why we do it this way

One job, not five vendors.

A local business usually has its website with one person, its ads with another, its Google profile with whoever set it up, and the phone with the owner. When a call slips through, nobody owns it.

We take all of it as one job: the phone, the site, the Google profile, the ads, the calendar and the follow-up. We run it every month, keep every account in your name, and go over what came in with you.

Travis builds the systems behind it himself, with AI doing much of the work, so one small team can run all of it for you.

The whole front of your business.

Six things, run for you every month, all in your name.

01

The phone, when you can’t pick up

Riley, our business assistant, answers in your business’s name, gets the caller’s name, number and what they need, and books the job or passes it to you.

02

Your website

Built for your trade and the towns you work in, with every page pointing at a call or a booking.

03

Your Google profile

Set up right and kept current: the hours, services and photos people check before they call.

04

Your Google Ads

Run in your own ad account, aimed at the jobs you want, and shown back to you as calls and bookings instead of clicks.

05

Booking and follow-up

Jobs land on your calendar with a reminder. Quotes and missed calls get followed up so they don’t go cold.

06

One screen, and a monthly look

Every call, form and booking on your phone. Once a month we go over it with you: what came in, what the ads spent, what to change.

Where we work

We work with owners in Fort Collins and across the Front Range: Longmont, Boulder, Loveland, Greeley, Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster and the towns around them. The first step is a phone call, wherever you are.

We also run The Fort List, Fort Collins’ local guide, here on the Front Range.

Don’t take our word for it.

What we do today

We build the sites, set up and manage Google profiles, run Google Ads and answer the phone for local businesses.

The rules we hold ourselves to.

  • Everything is in your name, from the first day.
  • Month to month. No contract to get out of.
  • We show you what happened: the calls, the bookings, what the ads spent.
  • If you don’t need us, Travis says so on the first call.
  • One monthly price, said out loud on the call. No line items.

Call Riley now. She’s answering.

Tell her about your business and how jobs reach you now. We call you back within one business day with what we’d run and the one monthly number, or a straight answer that you don’t need us yet.
